AI Inspiration Briefings

AI

In the AI bubble it can be easy to forget that for the majority of people tools like ChatGPT are gimmicks or gadgets that might be used to help their kids with some homework - but not a serious tool to be used at work.

When I speak to friends and family:

  • They have not heard of Claude

  • They have never used ChatGPT beyond a simple Google-like request

  • They have not used AI in a shared context to collaborate with colleagues

Its a good reminder that even if there was no further development from the AI labs (which is almost certainly false) there is a huge opportunity for companies to just embed AI thinking and behaviours in their business teams.

To help companies inspire their teams on the potential of publicly available AI tools I run a 60 minute AI Inspiration Briefing.

We discuss how AI can improve each individual’s working experience, and the bulk of the session is made up of live demonstrations.

  • How to quickly understand new requirements or topics with NotebookLM

  • How to turn AI into a coach with Claude projects

  • How to think through complex problems with ChatGPT o1 reasoning

  • How to write and edit better documents with ChatGPT canvas

These sessions can be run virtually, but they are even better if you are already bringing groups of your people together in person.

  • Annual Kick Offs

  • Regional meet ups

  • Team meetings

  • Leadership offsites

They work well either in a large audience theatre style presentation, or as smaller breakouts that can be run in series as each team comes through.

The goal of the session is to inspire non-technical people with ways of using tools like NotebookLM, Claude and ChatGPT for their own work, and we can customise them so that the examples I show reflect your industry and use cases.

We’ll provide three templates to help attendees map out their own work, and to develop their own prompts to help them acquire new skills, be more effective and collaborate with their colleagues.

We want every attendee to walk away with at least one use case they can put straight into practice.

If you think your team could benefit from one of more AI Inspiration Workshops there is more detail and you can make contact here.
